Air Care Engineering is a new Prague-based provider of line maintenance and AOG support. Our operations are currently in the approval phase with the Czech Civil Aviation Authority, with full launch expected in Q2 2026.

A list of the approval documents from the civil aviation authorities – The initial approval from the Czech Civil Aviation Authority is currently in progress, with further approvals planned in the following year. Next year we will push for multiple additional approvals.

Maintenance

Line maintenance

Air Care Engineering, headquartered in Prague, provides a wide range of line maintenance services tailored to the needs of our business partners. 

We recognize that each customer has unique operational requirements, and therefore we design every solution individually. Our goal is to deliver the most reliable and efficient support for your fleet. 

We offer operation of line stations at selected airports as well as flying spanner duty, where our engineers accompany aircraft to perform maintenance directly en route. Currently, the company is in the process of obtaining its initial CAA approval, with operations expected to commence in Q2 2026. In the meantime, we are open to engaging in the preparation phase of cooperation with future partners.

AOG support

We are committed to providing fast and reliable technical assistance to get your aircraft back in the operation as quickly as possible. Our AOG support is available both at our existing line stations and through a dedicated recovery team dispatched off-site.
